Lead Team – Making Collaboration Work
A group of people does not automatically make a team
People who appear in the same organisational chart do not necessarily work together as a team. Collaboration develops where there is trust, where people speak openly and where conflicts are addressed rather than avoided. None of this happens by itself – it is the work of leadership.
Lead Team starts right here: with the question of how a leader can guide a team so that it can still work effectively when things get difficult. The focus is on the moments that shape how well a team works together – feedback conversations, conflicts and the way responsibility is shared.
This is not about harmony. Good teams are not those that never disagree, but those in which differences can be voiced and worked through.
